In the following conditions, the terms « Product” or “Products” refer to the Product(s) specified in the Evolynx Merchandise Return Application Form. - After filling in Evolynx Merchandise Return Application Form, a Return Order voucher is issued for the requestor, automatically on the web site www.secure-systems.net and also sent by email . This Return voucher is valid only for the request specified in the Form, namely the Designated Products and the anomalies encountered as described in the form. Hardware returned should be accompanied by this Return Voucher. – If the warranty period of the Product has expired or if the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with, a handling charge is automatically invoiced. The amount of these assumption costs is fifty (50) euros per Product. In addition, a quotation showing the costs of repair or replacement of the Product is established by Secure Systems & Services and sent to the Customer by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Without a response to a repair or replacement quotation within six (6) months of receipt by the Customer (date of acknowledgment of receipt), the quotation is considered as refused by the latter. The Product is disposed of by Secure Systems & Services (in accordance with Article R543-195 of the Environmental Code for the Removal and Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If the quotation is accepted by the Customer, the charge for each Product (referred to above) is included in the corresponding invoice. If the quotation is refused by the Customer, the costs of taking charge of each Product are the subject of an invoice sent to the Client. Invoices shall be settled by bank transfer within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. – Shipping costs: If the Product is repaired or replaced under the warranty, Secure Systems & Services will reimburse the costs of redirection (provided that the return address is within the European Community, excluding overseas territories) If the warranty period of the Product has expired or the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with and the repair or replacement quote is accepted by the Customer, the costs of returning the Product are included in the quotation. If the warranty period of the Product has expired or the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with and the repair estimate is not accepted by the Customer, the Product is discarded (in accordance with article R543 -195 of the Environmental Code for the Removal and Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). However, if the Customer wishes to recover the Product, the expenses of redirection are at their charge. – In the event of replacement of a Product whose warranty period has expired or the warranty conditions of which have not been complied with, the Product delivered as replacement is warranted for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery under the conditions specified in the Evolynx Warranty Conditions.
