The "Product Identification" box allows you to enter the products concerned by the request. An Evolynx Merchandise Return Request may contain a maximum of 10 products. If you have more than 10 products, you will have to make several requests.

Please now accept Evolynx Merchandise Return Conditions and Evolynx Warranty Conditions. Once this information is complete, you can click on "Send the form" button. A Return Voucher will then automatically be issued, directly printable from your web browser, as well as sent to the email address that you will have specified before. This Return Voucher is valid only for the said request, namely the Designated Products and the anomalies encountered as described in the Form. Returned material must be accompanied by this Return Voucher.

In the following conditions, the terms « Product” or “Products” refer to the Product(s) specified in the Evolynx Merchandise Return Application Form.
- After filling in Evolynx Merchandise Return Application Form, a Return Order voucher is issued for the requestor, automatically on the web site www.secure-systems.net and also sent by email . This Return voucher is valid only for the request specified in the Form, namely the Designated Products and the anomalies encountered as described in the form. Hardware returned should be accompanied by this Return Voucher.
– If the warranty period of the Product has expired or if the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with, a handling charge is automatically invoiced. The amount of these assumption costs is fifty (50) euros per Product.
In addition, a quotation showing the costs of repair or replacement of the Product is established by Secure Systems & Services and sent to the Customer by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Without a response to a repair or replacement quotation within six (6) months of receipt by the Customer (date of acknowledgment of receipt), the quotation is considered as refused by the latter. The Product is disposed of by Secure Systems & Services (in accordance with Article R543-195 of the Environmental Code for the Removal and Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
If the quotation is accepted by the Customer, the charge for each Product (referred to above) is included in the corresponding invoice. If the quotation is refused by the Customer, the costs of taking charge of each Product are the subject of an invoice sent to the Client.
Invoices shall be settled by bank transfer within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
– Shipping costs:
  • If the Product is repaired or replaced under the warranty, Secure Systems & Services will reimburse the costs of redirection (provided that the return address is within the European Community, excluding overseas territories)
  • If the warranty period of the Product has expired or the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with and the repair or replacement quote is accepted by the Customer, the costs of returning the Product are included in the quotation.
  • If the warranty period of the Product has expired or the warranty conditions of the Product are not complied with and the repair estimate is not accepted by the Customer, the Product is discarded (in accordance with article R543 -195 of the Environmental Code for the Removal and Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). However, if the Customer wishes to recover the Product, the expenses of redirection are at their charge.
– In the event of replacement of a Product whose warranty period has expired or the warranty conditions of which have not been complied with, the Product delivered as replacement is warranted for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery under the conditions specified in the Evolynx Warranty Conditions.
In the following conditions, the terms "Product" or "Products" refer to the Product(s) specified in the Evolynx Merchandise Return Application Form.
Product repaired or replaced under warranty
The scope, terms and exclusions of warranties of the Product that is the subject of this Evolynx Merchandise Return application are governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the contract or the order of the Product.
Out of warranty
Scope of warranty:
  • Secure Systems & Services warrants the Products provided as part of an exchange against any malfunction which occurs within three (3) months from delivery to the customer and arises from design, material or manufacture not apparent on delivery. The guarantee of hidden defects is expressly excluded when the Customer is a professional of the same specialty as Secure Systems & Services.
  • Secure Systems & Services'warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of only the products that they have previously determined to be defective.
  • In the event that Secure Systems & Services replaces the Product, they reserve the right to do so with a newer model of the same type, even if the Customer is not entitled to a replacement by a new model.
Performance of the warranty :
  • The warranty is considered on the basis of the hardware return to the factory, the Customer having to commit in delivering the defective Products to Secure Systems & Services stores or workshops at their own expense, risk and peril, so that Secure Systems & Services can proceed, within the defined limits above, to the necessary repair or replacement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Secure Systems & Services shall not be liable for the costs of dismantling, transporting, packaging, reassembling and reinstalling the Products covered by this warranty. The Client will pay for these costs, and will not be entitled to any compensation in the event of the assets being immobilized as a result of the application of the warranty.
  • Secure Systems & Services is responsible for delivering, at their own expense, the repaired or replaced parts in the premises designated by the Customer located in mainland France. The cost of delivery outside mainland France is invoiced to the Customer.
Exclusion of warranty :
  • The warranty of repaired or replaced parts will expire at the end of the initial warranty period, ie three (3) months after delivery of the Products to the Customer. Parts replaced during the warranty period will become the property of Secure Systems & Services, to be returned by the Customer upon request.
  • The warranty can only be implemented if the Customer makes Secure Systems & Services able to examine the defect in question, ie by returning to Secure Systems & Services the Products which they consider to be defective.
  • Secure Systems & Services warranty does not extend to the consequences of normal wear and tear. Also excluded from the warranty are operating defects attributable to the Customer, which may include, but are not limited to, accidents, misuse, failure to follow Secure Systems & Services instructions, negligence, repairs or modifications on the Products by the Customer or any third party, or by the addition of technical systems, products or supplies or modifications.
    The warranty is not intended to apply if the deterioration of the Products is not attributable to the normal functioning of the latter, which would be the case, for example, in the event of damage resulting from a bad installation, failure to comply with the instructions and recommendations given in the installation, use and maintenance manuals for the Products, abnormal shocks or specific climatic conditions such as, but not limited to, surge voltage from other electrical equipment , lightning, water damage or fire. Secure Systems & Services shall not be liable for any damage to third party equipment that may result, directly or indirectly, from any failure to comply to the instructions provided in the installation, use, and maintenance guides related to the Products .
  • Secure Systems & Services excludes all warranties other than those set forth herein, which Customer expressly accepts.
    The obligations of Secure Systems & Services and the Customer's rights related to non-conformity or warranty of defects, whatever may be the cause thereof, are exclusively governed by these provisions.
These general Conditions shall be exclusively governed by French law. Any disagreements, claims or disputes concerning the Merchandise Return, for whatever reason, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court of Aix-en-Provence (France).
